Reoccurring charges

I purchased 4 scrappers in Dec 2018. I had 9.95 caharges for the next 8 months. Called and complained. The reoccurring charges have stopped but the 79.94 refund has not showed up. My conformation number is 0816194. The phone number listed is not in service.

Being charged a monthly charge for something I never authorized
