Poor service
The package sent with gls arrived in Melbourne on June 26 after tracing information. For 3 working days it just tossed somewhere, no one thought to deliver it. The company answers calls / emails as it comes to mind. 2. In July, the courier finally calls and says that I can't find my address - it turns out that despite the fact that the address on the package was correct, an itella employee considered it necessary to paste on top of a page with a new address where the house / street is the same, but the city is no longer Melbourne, but pigeons. The particular courier does not go to Melbourne at all and suggests that the parcel be taken back to the sorting room, which means that I will arrive at it no earlier than July 4. How can it work? Luckily the courier was responsive and given that I really needed the package, we talked,that I will go home to him and gather.
