poor service
Hello, for 2 years our mail has been placed in the trash of the surrounding houses and we are often thrown away. However, I believe that letters are a confidential matter that often causes problems if the letter is not received on time or at all. As well, very often parcels of goods purchased online are thrown into home mailboxes. Going to a post office located in Zolitude and serving us with a complaint that it is not their problem because the mailboxes are covered by individuals who do not count the postal workers! Is it really so difficult to look at the house number to throw the correct envelope in the right mailbox and isn't really really responsible for the Australian mail carrying these mailers?
