Poor service
Terrible customer service. Calling the service number, I asked a question about the dimensions of a particular product, said that the answer will be sent to e-mail. After two working days, I remind them of my question in Live Chat, where I am again told that they will send a reply to the email because they see the manager has not yet answered. Of course, I didn't expect an answer either, although all the dimensions are written on the manufacturer's website. By taking pictures from the product manufacturer's website and placing their watermark "110.shop" on them, they could at least grab the dimensions of the product. When writing a complaint to 110.shop e-mail, of course, it is also ignored. People with special needs seem to be recruited who are simply unable to do their job. Fui.
