Defective Item
I received a coffee machine around 12:00 yesterday, but at 16:00 I already called the office, it doesn't work and everything. I asked to be exchanged for the same but a worker, replied that I would go back to diagnostics first, because according to me, it is not possible to immediately believe the time of defect detection - no longer than 30 days, the fault will be corrected or changed. Don't understand why I have to wait months? Give me a new coffee machine and the non-working person themselves will go to the end, that's not my problem.
