I was in this establishment for the second time during the holidays. The first time I was, I liked everything and therefore I ordered a client card for 0.99 USD in order to get a discount on the bill and use the special offers the next time. I also had small paper coupons, which the restaurant itself distributes with good discounts for a specific dish. During the 1st visit, I bought everything without coupons. But in the 2nd time I ordered one dish - to be precise, an ice cream dessert with fruit with a coupon, which I tasted before and decided to use a discount and order for 0.99 USD instead of 1.69 USD. When I was brought a dessert - I was surprised, because the amount of dessert was in half a glass, where it is served, although the brought a normal size, more than half (certainly not with the edges). It turns out that customers with some coupons are less, because no one likes to give discounts. Nowhere was it said that the food after the coupon would be different from the amount of the standard product. I don't see much point then, because nothing can be saved there - maybe 10 santims. And yet - the card that I activated on the Internet was not received by me, because she sees not activated, although there even on the spot through the Internet parody that when trying to activate their card - it is written that the card is already activated. I don't blame the waiter, it was a holiday and he said that he could turn to the higher staff for their card on Monday - December 31. But let's say it all seriously ruined the mood, because I didn't get a discount on the bill, and I dazzled with dessert.
