Horrible response/service for non-funcitoning stove

Car Hire / Attitude

Hello, I would like to warn anyone who wants to rent a car from here. Mother. Six months ago, we negotiated to rent a car in Lincoln Fleetwood, provided that before the wedding day the car will be put in order - chrome parts, interior cleaning. Arriving a week before the wedding day to check if everything has been done saw a sad sight that could make us very difficult on the wedding day and caused us extra excitement. The car has not been chemically cleaned - it needs to be rebuilt afterwards, the car is still not inspected, the parts are not chrome-plated, but they are covered with a balloon. To our call with questions we received information that was intended to mislead us, but to the email with the cancellation of the booking, I received a completely inadequate and inappropriate response from the company - that they are not your problem, there is nothing I would not drive here in advance (half a year nothing fixes in time)! You are inadequate, etc. Completely inappropriate attitude towards customers. Be careful, as this can ruin your holiday! Something like a coward!
