Attitudes of Oakland Traffic Workers

Hello! On January 5, there was an unpleasant situation in the 5th trolleybus. On the 5th trolleybus of the entrance, stop at the "Press House" in the direction of the center and immediately after boarding I met two of my friends. I just managed to close the trolleybus door and I just managed to tell my friends "hello", as the next moment the controller arrived - Sergei Varno and ordered me to show the tickets. We also did it and I personally pointed out that I had not yet managed to validate my E-ticket. The controller checked and said that I had not validated it and was fined USD 2. To which I replied that I could not validate it because I just got in and the fact that I have a monthly subscription ticket for all trolleybuses. He replied that he saw it, but still will have to pay a penalty - 2 USD for not validating the E-ticket. I realized my guilt and said I was willing to pay, but I didn't have the money and I didn't. This was followed by an answer so I showed my wallet that I really had no money. He then ordered me to pay a penalty to my friends in my place and I forbade him to do so. The controller said that in that case the controller has the right to detain my E-ticket. Eventually, the E-ticket was seized and an act was drawn up stating that the reason for the E-ticket's detention was its invalidation. And in the end I was told that I can get the E-ticket back ANYONE from the places specified in the act and at any time (also on the same day) by contacting and agreeing in advance.but I don't have money and I didn't either. So I was left alone in the center with no money and no way to get home, or anywhere else, because I lived in an apartment. I went to Sarkandaugava to borrow money to pay the penalty. On the way, I called the Oakland Traffic Inquiry Service, where I was told any questions that they have such rights. Then, after 40 minutes of intense calls, I called 191 First Street. I was answered by Secretary Liene Valde, who started to have fun about the whole event and said that doesn't know how you can help. I told her that in an hour and a half I would come to pay the penalty and I would like to get my E-ticket back because the controller told me it was possible and I was answered. because it won't be delivered today and can only be delivered the next day.I stood by myself and said that I would still like to get it back on the same day, because otherwise I have no other option to go home. There was no answer, but the phone was shamelessly hung up. I was at 191 Freedom Street at 16:45, where I was told that their working time is until 16:30 and it has already ended and no one is on the spot (it was told to me by I. БЂboltiëna - the secretary of the office who also intended to leave). (Opening hours are not listed anywhere on Freedom Street 191, and I found out on the RS website that it is between 9am and 7pm). Immediately call another of the specified addresses, where it is still possible to receive your E-ticket back. (Ropaaste Street 32) Where I was answered very politely and it was the first person of all who told me to look at the draft or whether there was no underlined one of those addresses. Underlined was Pilsoenu Street 15, where it turns out that I should receive this E-ticket. (I was not notified by anyone else and the controller had told me that I could receive it at any of these addresses). (Thank you very much for your very courteous attitude and the correct provision of the necessary information to the employee of Ropaeu Street 32, who answered the call, unfortunately for not answering the words). Then I called Pilsoenu Street 15, the senior controller - Jessie Greenberg, who was the only person who answered all the questions correctly - explained everything very understandably and without blaming anything, and did not regret it. It was already late and her working hours had already ended, but in spite of that she was ready to wait until I got from First Street to Pilsoenu Street - in Pardaugava, but she was late and talk on the morning of the next day. Next time I went to my E-ticket to Pilsoenu Street 15. I was there 10 minutes before the start of working hours - I got inside, where the controller who gathered in the main room told me that the old controller is not there yet. to wait again. So I had to wait in the cold in the cold place for 10 minutes to wait inside at least in the hallway where it is warm. The senior controller came and finally recovered his E-ticket. I was not punished, apologized for the inconvenience and promised that the controller Sergei Varno would be warned about violating his rights. I have no particular claim against the work of control, but I am frustrated that no controller knows the laws and his rights, so he tries to impress people all after the turn. For example, it is interesting that on the other side of the E-ticket it is written: "This card is the property of RP SIA" Hill satiksme ", and in case of improper use it may be detained. in accordance with the procedures laid down by law, regulation or administrative action. " But if we immediately look at the Regulations No. 843 - 111 adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers, then we see that the controller has the right to detain the ticket in only two cases: "If the ticket is unclear or incorrectly executed. so, the controller seizes it and draws up a copy of the deed... "My ticket was valid, just not used. The ombudsman did not have the right to detain it.
