I want to cancel my account i have never used it but i cant login to my account to cancel it and they dont dont have live support on the telephone
We need to resolve this issue, my MetroFax account was disable without any reason. Ive 2 days sending emails to customer service without any response. Rafa.Diaz@***.mx
Terrible attitude towards the customer (customer for 7 years)
We have been customers of Tet (formerly Optus) for 7 years. We have been waiting for more than 7 months for the Internet / television in the apartment building in the center of Sunshine Coast, where 4 customers applied. In the meantime, the terms were changed like socks and they repeatedly said that they had not been able to talk to the manager of the adjacent building to be in the auxiliary rooms, which turned out to be a lie, they had neither written nor called the manager. A couple of days ago it was announced that we would have to wait a month at least. In principle, we no longer believe that we will actually be connected, but there are no other options here. I recommend everyone to choose another company if possible,because there were problems with them already in Optus times. Then, when we connected to the Internet and television, it was announced that we had won a rest in Golg Coast spa. Of course, we didn't get anything, because there are internal communication problems. So judge for yourself, but my experience is awful.
