Ignorance, Family Attitude

I had an unpaid amount for my merchandise card. In May, an employee called Valentina on his behalf and asked to pay the debt of USD 36, because he said that there was no more. I did it too. Yesterday, that is, on September 15, a bank employee called again and said that he still owed USD 30. He told me that something had not been paid again and that interest had accrued. The question is: Why wasn't I informed in May that I was still showing something? Why don't bank employees give their full name and surname? Conclusion: Obviously, it is advantageous for this bank not to inform people, because it can be earned. I understand that anyone wants to earn, only or by such means and with such an attitude? I definitely do not recommend joining this bank, there will be losses.
