Fraud

For 2 years, electricity consumption was zero because once it was not possible to physically transfer electricity, I was in the hospital and I don't know how and according to what formula we calculated 100 kw. I called, explained the situation, that it was not possible to transfer in time, replied that you can not help, vnk use electricity. It is a country house and 100 kw will be enough for 5 years! In July the same situation, 2 years of zero consumption, there was no opportunity to transfer the indicators, and calculated 100 kw! About what? What formula? Simple fraud! I will spend the paid kw and go away! I'm very unhappy with this attitude towards customers.
