I am double charged for a fraud charge, with an obstinate tech on the phone

I purchased a ten dollar item on line, as later was charged two 90 dollar charges for future products, which I didn’t order. I was credited back by the Merrick card, but recently, they re charged me, saying the merchant had refunded me already. Not so at all.
