Called EVERY department of merrick bank for hours today and TWO of the 8 people were helpful to an extent.

The customer service, especially for the credit card sign is absolutely *** They all hung up on us because they couldnt assist us. They were all rude and our conversations were like talking to a brick wall when they did answer or didnt hang up on us. User’s recommendation: Find a different bank.
