They don’t pay for anything, they just keep asking for more and more 3 years history from every doctor you go to. Don’t waste your time filing a claim you will receive 5 forms that they are working on

Horrible! Filed with BBB and contacting my lawyer

Denial of claims and requesting info that is none of their business. Then stating they never received it. They are good at withdrawing money from your bank account, but won’t pay crap.
