After submitting a work order for dry and stuffy basement. We were told we would have to run the the A/C unit non stop or invest in a humidifier to keep mold from setting in the basement. This is ridiculous because I paid for a finished basement and the humidifier should have been included and installed.
Rockwall,TX builder Chad, built the home with many violations and refused to fix it after our inspector saw it. Refused to give our money back when it was THEIR fault.
Get everything fixed before you close,the warranty is a joke. They will not fix or take responsibility for anything. Everything will fall on you as the homeowner even when its their own fault. They also do not take 3rd party inspections if you are trying to make a warranty claim…..that should tell you something!
