Fraud
I pre-booked my account on my behalf, but I paid a prepayment from my account (surnames separately). When I arrive, US will not receive the service because they do not see such an order. I called on a business day to find out why the woman apologized and said that a mistake had been made and that the money had been sent back to my mother's en account. I have been waiting for a prepayment of 29 USD for a month and a half and I have written sms twice to remind me of money. for the first time wrote that apologizing for the money to be paid in the future. It took more than a week and I called again, saying that the court would settle the problem because handed over the accounting to the payment. For the third time, I wrote a sms again with a reminder, but I didn't get a response. How many times do I have to ask for my money back?
