On a delivery

So my tracking number says delivered yesterday on July 25th I do not have my package… I have been on the phone all day trying to resolve this matter…. The delivered my package to the wrong address…. This has happened on several occasions… FedEx was the one who made the delivery.
No one ever called me. I have a purchase I made in the beginning of the month that is not in usps possession at all so I need a refund now. It the gum ball dvd.
Haven’t had a response from the remember selling item or from the company itself not sure if I did the transaction right looks legit on my end but I’m not sure what’s going on with them need to know need to know now User’s recommendation: Petition Makari have a 24 hour customer service hotline.
