How safe it is to be guarded by Griffon AG

Hello! The fact of the matter is that in the summer of 2017, a bicycle was stolen from me at T / P TheMall and this year I lost my second bicycle in the same institution. In both cases, criminal proceedings have been initiated and an investigation is allegedly underway. The total loss to me is around 800 EURO. Of course, a lot of responsibility has to be taken by me, but the fact that T / P TheMall is guarded 24/7 and cameras are placed above the wheel arches makes you think about how responsibly the guards of Grifs AG work, because if you see that you are riding a bicycle on the same another person rides the wheel - or seeing a suspicious person in the cameras can not call 110 - then the question is, what do the so-called guards do, who supposedly have to take care of security?!
