Damaged Freezer

I purchased a chest freezer in the box on July 11th. When I got home I immediately unwrapped it and noticed there were 3 big dents in the freezer. I have pictures to show. I would like a refund for the freezer.

Have been waiting for an order since MAY!!! Either send it NOW or I’m CANCELING!!

CANNOT GET ANYONE at customer service…. pathetic app!!! Dealing with a store directly &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; if no shutters by Friday…… Will CANCEL the remaining order/items!!! Horrible customer service User’s recommendation: ZERO.

Order wrong. Menards wont respond

After contacting the escanaba Michigan store I have not had any luck it’s held up my job and cost me thousands of dollars I would like a resolution to this to get my correct order to me today I can be reached at 352-444-**** User’s recommendation: Work with contractors in your area.
