Inhuman treatment
I will never use these services again in my life because this is stupid. We ordered home appliances 220.org with home delivery. The express mail has already arrived twice, but we do not receive the goods either. They can't either call before, nor can we get any information on when they're going to arrive and where everything is missing than that. The second time was delivered as if on Saturday, but when we tried to call the specified info phone, no one works on Saturday! So literally every day when the legendary "order delivered today" text message arrives, you have to sit at home from morning to evening just to catch those couriers who "arrive" at mystical times, no matter how people have to work at 12 noon on weekdays. And why can't I find a specific courier number anywhere? Fool's office.
