Hello, I warmly advise everyone not to enter into a contract with Oceancom, because I have been a Oceancom customer for many years, the internet has started to slow down a lot lately, there was no internet speed when I called with Oceancom, I expressed my dissatisfaction with the service offered by them, I announced that I wanted to stop being their customer, but then they asked me if I have optical internet, I said no, then they offered better internet, speed, of course a little will have to pay more, in the end I agreed after the conversation and now I regret it very, very badly, because now it's like 2 months, but now they have problems with the Internet at least 2 times a month, you can't access the Internet, you won't work, go away already you can't again, because contractual obligations, dear people, don't get caught,how do i grab it.
