Cant get a responce made 6 attempts for help right now they get sa 0 for helping me e rush

can not get auto star off of a Forgan country and cant see any images thru main eye piece I have asked for help and never recieved any help User’s recommendation: dont expect help on there product.

"Complaint re shade sail that ripped during heavy rain.there was no mention of a precaution to take when it rained. The rain just puddles in the middle. I thgt I cld get a replacement because of this"
