Very bad experience with this company. Already at the end of October and the beginning of November I ordered Christmas presents. The delivery time was acceptable to me, but when it was reached there was neither property nor an apology for non-fulfillment of the order. When I tried to communicate by phone, the answer was heard all day - all operators are busy. When I contacted via info, I received an extension of delivery for January 2019. When I wrote that I was not satisfied with it, I received the answer that I can express my claims only after two months from the time of the order indicated in the coupon and there can be no question of a refund. It has been more than two months now, but no one is replying to my letters. There is no product, no money, no answer. I have added four order coupons. Giedra Smilškalne.
