Claims are specific to this courier

In the morning (8. 23) an SMS was received stating that the shipment will be delivered from 8. 00 - 18. 00. The courier called 8. 32. I am a medical person and work with patients. Therefore, I could not answer immediately. I called the courier at 8. 35, but the call was rejected, I called several times, at different times, but all the calls were rejected. Hoping to receive the shipment I refused to accept all the patients and went home to wait for the shipment. I called the courier from time to time throughout the day, but the call was rejected. I didn't receive the shipment today either. I called the helpline, said that the courier had already finished work, although the sms had indicated that the shipment would be delivered from 8. 00 to 18. 00. And what about my work day,who will pay me for the day I was waiting for the courier? And do I have to take another day off, cancel all patient records to hope to meet the courier? Claims are specific to this courier. For some reason, your other employees call several times when they can't make calls, or at least answer phone calls.
