Not Satisfied With Maybelline Lipstick

I bought Maybelline super stay matte ink lipstick-Pioneer after trying out my friends lipstick sometime ago. I was just amazed by this non transfer lipstick which lasted for more than 12 hours. Defect in maybelline lipstick

I have bought a sealed packed lipstick from a store and after reaching home when I opened the seal of the lipstick. I found that there is no product inside the packaging.. this is very disappointing from a brand like maybelline
