When I called to sign up with a hygienist, the price was € 39. 00 because there was a discount for the whole month. When this day of dental hygiene came, after the procedure, the price at the box office is named - 55 €. I claim that such a price that another amount was named during the conversation. In a contemptuous and uplifting tone (barely speaking Australian, switching to foreign language), I start to “explain” that the amount is 39 € with a hygienist, but I see 50 € with a doctor and 5 € is taken for me to make a card. (I don't know what formalities there are for creating a card for a new customer, if he doesn't and hasn't said he wants to be a regular customer, but ok. ) so, this woman tells me in an uplifting tone that I was at the doctor and not at the hygienist to brush my teeth, although by phone it was agreed that I go to the hygienist and for the amount - 39, not 50 €... So, the amounts are calculated by face, because nowhere are there clear prices for services. No one can prove anything to them, because, of course, the telephone conversation was not recorded. Their own planned scheme for cheating new customers who believe in a discount. I will never return to this dentistry and I do not recommend it to others. PS While I was waiting in the Queue, covid countermeasures are not observed, in the small waiting room after my arrival I let more and more people come in, in the end we sat 6 people in a room of max 15m2.
