Delivery Time

An order was placed from an online store with courier service Dpd. An SMS message was sent that the delivery will be on 12. 01. 2021. To date, the package has still not been delivered, looking at the tracking code, it appears that the package has been standing still for a week. It is simply not possible to call Dpd.
