Fraud, poor service, damaged packaging...
A shipment from England (Dhl) arrived at Itella's office on January 4th. As with others, no delivery attempt was made, despite the tracking information for both the sender and the recipient. We waited until January 13, began to look for what about the case. Couldn't call anyone. After repeated attempts, we called.
