Non-refundable baggage refund
Hello. Unfortunately, I waited until the last moment, but everything has its own measure of patience. I have no specific claim against AuAir. I have a claim against an AuAir employee. I believe that every person, an AuAir customer, deserves to be treated with respect! On 19 November 2020, I submitted all documents to the AuAir customer service center in order to receive compensation for the luggage I paid to airberlin, for which the AuAir flight on 11 November 2020 was only canceled due to technical reasons. The person in charge on behalf of AuAir I had to return the amount to be reimbursed. We agreed on compensation in the form of a gift card. So far nothing has been returned - no interest in solving my problem, absolutely careless attitude,wants to answer the e-mail - wants not to answer! An unprofessional attitude that surprises and shocks me and that I have never encountered in any institution anywhere and never before. Thanks to her, I was forced to work with refund company. Me and now I will still be compensated for the canceled flight. Nothing like that would have happened if the employee had been fair and accommodating and I had received what I was entitled to in a timely manner.
