Unbelievable trip
On September 9, we - 4 people had to fly on Air Oceanian flight 23. 25 to Tbilisi. We arrived in the waiting rooms in time, waiting for the boarding to be announced. It didn't happen. When we finally started wondering when and where boarding would finally take place, we were told that boarding was over 5 minutes ago! Of course, we were no longer allowed on the flight, even though the plane had not yet departed. Unfortunately, we also enjoyed only complete indifference on the part of the security guard! Was it really not possible to contact the necessary services and help people in such a situation? Usually, the names of people who do not come on the flight are announced on the loudspeaker, with an invitation to come - nothing happened either! As a result, we have lost both money for airline tickets and rest. Not to mention stress, moral damage and negative emotions!
