Fraud, poor service
I got a gift card worth 50 dollars from 220lv and wanted to buy a gift for my girlfriend for the holiday - hair dryer. I ordered the desired product and waited 2 weeks to receive it. All I received after these 2 weeks was the message that the item is not available, send someone else. Ok, I chose another hair dryer that was supposed to be available for purchase and again I had to wait 2-3 weeks to let me know that this item is also unavailable. I gave up on buying a hair dryer and decided to spend the gift card on other purchases in 220lv, but I was very surprised when I received a message in the e-mail with another invoice number that I have to pay for this purchase again by bank transfer, because I clearly and unequivocally indicated that I want to receive these items using the gift card amount and no one answers the emails. It turns out that a gift card has been purchased for which I cannot buy the desired product and you do not offer me a solution to the situation and you want me to pay for it again? Please contact me for a solution to this problem, or the Consumer Protection Center will file a $ 50 complaint.
