Rma-30061341 I, on June 18, 2020, I bought a vacuum cleaner robot "xiaomi mi robot vacuum mop" in a Tet store. After about 3 uses, I realized the robot had a defect and on July 6th I gave it to the Tet store to have it repaired. The shop does not repair itself, but sends it to the tsc service. The Tsc service returned this robot to me after 36 days on August 18, 2020, although it is mentioned that this robot must be returned within 20 days. I immediately noticed that the robot was also working with defects and gave it back on August 19, 2020, but this time I had already written a claim and requested a change to a new robot. Tet did not change me for a new robot, because he has no visible defects, but a system error. The robot was returned to me from the service for the second time in 21 days or on September 12, 2020. I immediately launched the robot at home, but found thatthat he has completely identical defects and immediately took this robot back to tet. Tet told me that now it should be that the robot will be replaced, but tet sent this robot to the service for the third time. At the end of September, I was called from the tsc service and billed for 20 AU$ - the reason is that the robot is in perfect working order and that we are sending it to the service again unreasonably. It does not seem logical that we have no choice but to send the robot to the service all the time. that the robot is in perfect working order and that we unreasonably resend it to service. It does not seem logical that we have no choice but to send the robot to the service all the time. that the robot is in perfect working order and that we unreasonably resend it to service. It does not seem logical that we have no choice but to send the robot to the service all the time. Tet is fully aware of all this situation and the store staff tells us that they are powerless because they are only trading this robot, but this robot is serviced by tsc. What matters to me as a customer is not who serves this product, but the fact that I bought a working robot and if he does not work for me, then I expect to be given a new robot. I even bought additional insurance, which in this case is probably powerless. I bought the robot on June 18 and it is now October 6. I have been without a robot for almost 4 months, but I have been paying for a robot for 4 months, which I have not had since the purchase. Below is a full description of the situation with evidence that the robot does not work even after the second service visit: I attach the pictures "third and fourth picture" in the appendix. These pictures show how this robot (the robot currently in tsc service) cleans my apartment. As you can see, he cleans the apartment completely chaotically and it is not clear how and where he goes. This is how this robot cleaned when I bought it, as well as after the first and second service visit. It is not clear how this robot can travel 140 m2 if the apartment has only 59 m2. I also attach a plan of the apartment (pdf file), in which you can see that the apartment has only 59 m2 and therefore it is not physically possible for him to leave so many m2. Even if this robot travels again for the area it has cleared, it should not perceive that space as an extra m2. This robot also finishes cleaning only when his batteries run out. Then when his batteries run out, then he wants to go back to the charging station but is unable to do so because he does not understand where he is. After the second service visit (this is the third service visit), this robot drove in the hallway with 5. 1 m2 for about 25 minutes, which does not seem to be correct. When tsc called me and said that I would have to pay 20eur for sending a false service, I mentioned that a friend has an identical robot in his home and that his robot cleans and leaves the apartment very well and understandably for him and then returns to the charging station. Tsc told me that it is not possible to compare how an identical robot leaves two different apartments. I took this friend's robot and launched him into my apartment. Please see the first and second picture. This robot cleared the premises for us 39 minutes after which it was able to return to the charging point itself. You can also see in these picturesthat these places he has left coincide with the plan of our apartment with some exceptions where the bed, refrigerator, washing machine, etc. are located. TT Friend's robot cleaned our apartment very logically - -> he drove in lines (from one end to the other and so to the front). The robot, which is currently at the tsc service, is driving in zigzags and was unable to perceive where it has already left, where the walls are, etc. TT Tsc is not able to detect problems and therefore wants to charge 20 eur, but when running this robot to clean the apartment, it is clear that he has a lot of defects. Tsc employees have also received these pictures with a full description of the situation, but they are also unable to do anything and charge us 20 AUD. I really have no word on how to better describe this situation. Tet and tsc don't seem to be interested in solving the problem at all. I have clear evidence that the robot is not working, but is also trying to fix and repair it, but it is clear that tsc does not have the necessary competencies to be able to repair this robot, resulting in a simple bill of AU$ 20.
