Microwave was damage on the inside, warranty ended 2 months ago, I called Mainstays, they suggested I go into the store and speak with a manager and show a picture oft the damage. I did that, and was given a full credit/replacement. User’s recommendation: Would recommend.
Another retail establishment is selling Mainstay licensed products and making a profit over 50% on the merchandise. When I told them they were doing so illegally and to come get the mattress and refund my money they refused the return So I want to report the company.
Bought 28″ gas fire pit and after about 10 minutes of being on there is a click and it turns off. Any help in diagnosing the problem would be appreciated. Thank you.
