I ordered a Dormeo roll-up mattress (110x180) in the online store. When called to confirm the purchase, the seller also offered to buy a sheet with rubber and a Club card for 5 AU$ for a separate fee. I agree. The first unpleasant surprise was when I saw in the invoice that the Club card was added to my full price - 20 AUD. Very dishonest action, if you promise to pay 5 AUD. The second unpleasant surprise was when I discovered that a 120x200 sheet was added to my 110X180 mattress, which is far too big and then it doesn't make sense at all from its rubber. When I called to find out why such a sheet was put in, they explained to me that they never had a sheet with dimensions 110x180. Then I have a question - why is this sheet offered for a mattress of this size? Where do I now put that sheet for 15 eur? since I have a small child at home, the packaging is already damaged. Okay, I'll do without a return, but it's not clear - why smear a sheet that is not valid anywhere in the order? They have no interest in the customer being happy with the product and wanting to send more?
