finally regained long-awaited money

I was commissioned in October 2018 Christmas gifts, the parts did not come, then the same in December I took revoke the denial, because I couldn't deliver the goods, I struggled with them for a long time to get my money back, wrote daily emails to everyone I knew, threatened, etc. until I started to ignore me at all and answered nothing at all. I filed a complaint with ptac, sent all documentary evidence, correspondence, and a payment order, CRPC sent ALL the info to the Canadan Defense Center, now I have finally recovered the MONEY after 4 months, because the money was high, almost 100 eur.
