Poor service
I am very late and unhappy with panda taxi services. Tonight I called a taxi to my chosen address, a specific time was fixed that in half an hour a taxi would be present. As always comes the sms with the machine number, driver's phone number, etc. When 35 minutes have passed, I call the driver and ask how long it will be, the driver replies that he should have driven somewhere further, but I have been sent another taxi, which should have already been sent. present but for safety after contacting any operator. So also- call the panda taxi operators, explain the situation and ask if you can find out after how long it will be a taxi. I am told that I will contact the driver immediately and a new sms will be sent to me immediately. Wait 10min, sms also did not arrive, taxis also did not arrive. Call 3x- I say, I'm sorry, if someone can finally tell me after how long it will be a taxi, I answer that I have to wait another half hour. I tell the woman that as it may be, why then a specific time is told, and whether they will realize how much it is for me to be in an awkward situation because standing on the street, I am cold and in the end it would be then used another company. I get deceived by such a reality, in the end I will say that I will no longer use their services and take on another company. While taxify is already present in 1min, I am later coming sms from a panda taxi that will be present in 15min. Call the panda again and say I don't need the taxi that you got there for the bardac going on anymore, etc. After ~ 2min I call the panda driver and say he has arrived. I would present this epic to the driver and saythat I don't need to and I have already refused 2x and I don't understand what you have about it for lack of communication, the driver agrees that there are problems, but says that the refusal has not yet come to him from the office. I finished talking to the driver, but literally a few minutes later I called the panda operator and asked if I was driving because the driver was waiting for me. You know what? My goal was full, I said everything I thought and so that I was no longer disturbed by the pandas that I did not want to use their services at all anymore. I'm sorry a million times again, but that's not the end of it. The driver calls again and tells me that he is still waiting for me, he has not refused. Isn't that normal at all?! How can such chaos reign, the honorary word "condemned" the desire to no longer once again use their services at all. Nightmare.
