Rebate customer service

I have sent documents as requested 3 times. Each time it gets denied. This has been going on for 3 months now. There is no notification of a status change at all, I have to check everyday. Following up on previous post

I previously posted a complaint about lowerance not honoring a warranty on a hook 2 7 split shot that was not sensing depth readings. After much effort I was able to get a copy of the original receipt and now they are sending a replacement unit. Thanks
