RATS on Overhead pipes.at.front of.store

Your store in Titusville Fl. Has RATS RUNNING ON OVERHEAD PIPES. I HAVE COMPLAINED 5 TIMES. THIS IS UNSANITARY AND DANGEROUS. I WAS THERE TONIGHT ME AND MY SON SAW SIX OR SEVEN RATS. I ALWAYS TELL STAFF. THEY SAY THEY ARE AWARE OF THIS.

Was on the phone for 30 min on different store numbers and no one ever answered. A few times you could hear someone picking up the phone and putting it on hold without speaking.

Getting through either through Customer Service or Specialty Departments without luck! Over and hour total (calling different stores) same situation! Will not buy there ever again! User’s recommendation: You are on your own.

Complaint on store and resolution

I purchased drano from your store in Newington which did nothing for my sink. I tried to return and staff did nothing for me. I am the customer and fair treatment is my right. but apparently not to the Newington staff. I will include this in my review unless satisfaction is given. User’s recommendation: Don’t come there.
