Reception Work
Hello, I am writing this because I am not the first to come across nonsense when I end up at the LOC radiology reception. There are only two reception centers, both rnds, one of the receptionists is open only until 14. 00, with a half-hour break. When taking a line, at least 40 minutes must be taken into account. up to an hour of queuing. I came for the examination 40 min. before the appointed time, I missed the examination anyway. This is not a one-time observation, either to optimize the work in some way, or to mean a lunch break at another time (ps if the working hours are before 14. 00, I do not understand why there is still a half-hour break). PS I can only say the best about specialists.
