Hello. I am very shocked and puzzled how this is possible. On Friday, 19. 01. 2020, I sent a registered letter to Melbourne, which had a very important component. Today, 23 January 2020, as has been said, the letter reached its final destination, but unfortunately not in full. Visually, according to the recipient, the letter was neither torn nor glued, but the consignment was incomplete. Want explanations on how this is possible? We pay to keep our shipment secure, but in the end it turns out that someone is auditing the letters. I'm very unhappy with this situation... I'll be at the post office in person on Thursday, the sooner I get there.
