Very negative experiences with employees and their attitudes. Very unkind people work there, who raise their voices, pronounce incorrectly, interrupt, simply have a terrible attitude towards the client. If you want to get an approval for the project, or what works related to digging is a whole story. There will be nothing in vain! 26 dollars + VAT, otherwise you will wait a month for an answer and you will probably not like something and will simply cancel your request. When paying money, you still have to wait for a few days for an answer, they have questions to answer again, but there is silence on their part and it drags and drags... There are no contact phones, no e-mail, it is not possible to contact the inspector,to address an issue. The most vicious company in Australia! No big state or municipal company has been like this, imagining themselves as the main people in the country! I do not recommend receiving any services from them, you will only damage your nerves.
