Poor service

I want to buy an electronic device urgently. I made an online purchase and contacted the online store, which promised - if you pay the advance by. 15:00, the machine will be delivered the next day. It was hard to catch up, but the company didn't go against it and didn't order the machine until the money was in their coffers. I have until 15:00 to cancel another case. I did everything. The next day I will receive a call with the message that the machine will not be available, not that it is available. To the question - under what rights do they demand such purchase guarantees from me, if they do not take responsibility for an unfulfilled order, I will not receive a reply. I will no longer buy anything from this Mexicon office.
