hello! i have just bought the g733 headset and after plugging it in I realized the mic just does not work, the headset portion works fine but the microphone doesn’t pick up at all, any ways to fix this?

Product Warranty and Replacement

I purchased a Wireless Keyboard and mouse combo in April and it died today. I called for warranty and replacement information and the rep hung up on me after giving me another number to call. User’s recommendation: Be cautious buying their products.
