G613 is double-typing and the company’s not responding. I’m still within the warranty period and reaching out to them has been so difficult for a customer. User’s recommendation: Buy a better keyboard if no one responds.
My Logitech Harmony Hub is randomly dropping from my network and giving me a solid red light. I have factory reset it several times. And left the adapter unplugged from the wall and the hub for over a minute several dozen times.
Update by user Aug 16, 2021 Technician helped. No apology.. Original review posted by user Aug 16, 2021 I called because external Keyboard did not work. We tried various methods. Eventually the Tech was able to help solve the issue. Pleasant surprise. User’s recommendation: Give tech support a try.
Logitech remote does not communicate with Logitech hub when accessing streaming service. No customer service or website which has troubleshooting application. User’s recommendation: Prepare for frustration if you purchase a Logitech streaming hardware.
