Hopeless
Service culture, quality and speed are under every criticism. If you do not want to ruin the day, stay away from this institution. Food has to wait a very long time, food and drink are forgotten, no spoons are brought. An hour of waiting for the food announces that there will be soon, but after another 10 minutes with an innocently stupid smile follows the announcement that another 15 minutes. A complete nightmare, I haven't seen such an attitude and quality since Soviet canteen times.
