Damage
Order delivery from Australia to Germany for Chicco Baby Walker. Sender - my mother, recipient - I. Upon acceptance of the goods, the courier was asked to note that weights would not be stacked. Obviously this is not possible. I received a broken item. The walker is broken in two places - it looks like someone has crossed the car on one side. Packaging - a large bag, a large, thick woolen bag for a surface walker. DPD reimbursed me for the delivery costs and added that I would be responsible for the non-compliant packaging myself due to their regulations. They do not bear this responsibility. I understood myself guilty of choosing a supplier. The only thing I don't understand is how it was possible to break such strong plastic. Thank you iExpress for cooperation, very unfortunate, because this property costs 150 AU$ in the store, thanks to discounts we bought 100. I can no longer afford to buy one for a child. I will definitely not use DPD's services in the future. Regardless of the packaging, I do not trust their sense of responsibility for transporting the goods. I call for the use of private suppliers - they make bread for themselves - the responsibility is completely different;)
