Poor service, poor service, used and damaged items are sold
AuMobile customer center that bought the gift from Origo. I bought a new unused product, but when I bought the product, it turned out that the product has signs of use and the product does not work. On the same day I contacted AuMobile and received a reply that I was to blame for the product I had to check myself. Since I bought the gift, I didn't think I should check the item because I bought a new unused item. For 1 month with AuMobile I tried to solve this situation, but nothing. From AuMobile's side, only reproaches were heard from me and they were openly lied about, both about the product and what the condition of the product was. The worst customer service. I will never buy anything from AuMobile again. The complaint was lodged with Ptac.
