Poor service
I wanted to share my experience about Nomo.org. Although I see that their website already has a whole bunch of goods on offer, if someone wants to buy something from them, then maybe let 2X think before doing so. So think twice or it's worth joining them. 2 years ago, I chose a sewing machine and then until August of this year, I diligently paid the rent every month. In August, I paid the last rent invoice and I immediately received an e-mail from Nomo.org that your payment has been received, thank you, etc. , and this was the procedure before, when I paid the rent invoice every month. Along with the last rental invoice in August of this year, there should have been another invoice, namely a redemption invoice for 1. 00 EUR, paying for it would make the sewing machine my property. Because until it is paid, the sewing machine is the property of Nomo.org and it can be taken away from me, because it is not mine yet, it is nothing that I have diligently paid for the rent of a sewing machine for 24 months. Well, here and there the problems have already begun. This redemption invoice, as it was not sent, had not been sent, 3 days had already passed. It was not possible to contact Nomo.org about the phone number 67799886 indicated by him, because no one picked up the handset. Therefore, without waiting for their redemption invoice, I myself transferred it to AU$ 1. 00 to their company's bank account, stating in the bank's payment order my lease number, the name of the sewing machine and the text that it was a redemption fee. I also wrote to their e-mail [hide] @nomo.org. a letter asking when I will finally receive my redemption invoice. And only after 4 days I finally received the redemption invoice. Of course I pay for it. So I had already paid 2. EUR instead of 1. 00 AUD. Of course the answer is whether they have received my money was not. After 3 days, I wrote another e-mail asking if I wanted to know if or not they had received my money, with the remark that they would return the overpaid AU$ 1. 00 to me, to be fair, because it was not their money. I then received a long-awaited e-mail with the text that the sewing machine is now yours, that we have received 24 rental invoices and 1 redemption invoice from you. And that we have not received any overpayments from you, so we are not going to return any money back. It. here.
