In November, I purchased a product that was promised to be delivered the next business day. A coupon with another delivery date was sent - 1st month! Ok, I'll wait. A month passed, no message from the product. Call, the girl said that she had sent me a letter and informed me that the product would be after 27.01.2019, it was not true, I did not have such a letter. But I agreed to wait. Arrived on 27.01.2019, call the customer phone number, it does not answer... I wrote an e-mail, came the automatic answer that answering within 3 days . Well already 02.02.2019, no answers... Suggest where to start, the following unscrupulous businessmen should be hung on a pole in the Dome Square...
