Fraud, winning money disappears from the account.

I couldn't say anything bad about www. viensviens.org before. But this time something incomprehensible happened. I passed on Friday night around ~ 20:10 10euro large deposit indicating bonus code P80 for which I received 20 risk-free spins. Of course I cut them, this time via mobile phone + gave ~ 0. 30 cents (funny) I continued to cut other games, they didn't give anything when there were some 3euro accounts I entered in the Book of Dead Play N Go game. I cut 0. 10euro cents when I didn't remember exactly ~ 1euro account gives free games (10 spins with J symbol) Total winnings around ~ 11euro.. I went from the casino section to the beginning to make sure the amount was won and I left the account. After 2 hours I logged in to the same www. viensviens.org account again and see that there are no more winnings... there are only 0. 69 euro cents left. And the most interesting thing is that the history of the transaction does not show that there have been free games and money won. Information and money won from the transaction history have simply disappeared. Live chat replied that the whole system is visible and that I have not won anything.. this case is reviewed within 48 hours. Today came the reply to the e-mail that I have not won anything, that everything is visible, nothing could go wrong, no error errors are visible. In principle, all this has been invented by me: D I will not get richer by 10 dollars, but now for the first time I have encountered such a thing! Good luck to you! However, I do not recommend using the 11.org portal, I will not use it any more after this move.
